One wee suggestion on the opening sentence. Would you consider beginning with 'Wirearchy is about the power and effectiveness of people working together through connection and collaboration ..."

I would leave out the 'it is not about technology statement'. The article makes it clear, I think, that wirearchy is technologically-enabled.
