Learning As a Way of Being ... in Business and in Life

Learning as a Way of Being - Strategies for Survival in a World of Permanent Whitewater is an excellent book by Peter Vaill, to which I have returned regularly over the past decade when I want to think deeply about learning.

Here's another take on the same issue by the inimitable Jay Cross of the Informal Learning blog.

"Learning is the key survival skill for getting along in a fast changing world"

Jon, I'm curious. I taped this screed to test my new videocam. I did upload it to YouTube to see how badly that mangled it. But how did you find the video so fast? I only posted it to my site a short while ago, and even there it's buried. It's as if you find my stuff before I find it myself. I guess that's wirearchy at light speed, eh?
